Welcome to the Power BI TimeSheet App (“TimeSheet App”). This TimeSheet App is owned by Attadale Partners, LLC (“Attadale”). The terms and conditions under which you may use this TimeSheet App are set forth below. By using this TimeSheet App, you agree to be bound by the agreement set forth in the Terms & Conditions.
GENERAL TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent you are authorized to access and use the Power BI store. You may not use this TimeSheet App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of this TimeSheet App, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your use of this TimeSheet App.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Attadale does not sell, license or in any way share personal data collected with any third-parties. We may collect identity data in accordance with permissions of the Power BI store, to identify users of this TimeSheet App to alert of enhancements, new version release, bugs, to receive suggestions and feedback, and other general product related tasks, and only accessed and used by Attadale.
PRICE AND FEES
This TimeSheet App is provided to registered users of Power BI for free, with no license, fees or other payment required. Attadale may change the price and conditions at any time, and will provide reasonable advance warning of prices and fee changes to provide users ample time to make a transition.

The copyright in this TimeSheet App, including all portions of content, design, formula, and graphics is owned by Attadale, unless otherwise indicated, and is protected by the provisions of the relevant North American Copyright Act(s), including US and Canada. All rights reserved. The TimeSheet App may not be reproduced or distributed, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Attadale, with the exception of intended normal usage within your organization under the Power BI licenses. Any other reproduction or distribution, in whatever form and by whatever media, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Attadale.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND RELEASE
Attadale does not guarantee the accuracy of information found on this TimeSheet App and you rely on such information at your own risk. We have however, completed significant data quality checks, published methodology, and used the stored times sheet data to provide a good faith effort to provide accurate data.
THIS TimeSheet App, AND ALL ITS CONTENTS, IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS.” Attadale MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, DATA ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Attadale OR ANY OTHERS INVOLVED IN CREATING THIS TimeSheet App AND ITS CONTENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCE INVOLVING THIS TimeSheet App OR ITS CONTENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, MISDIRECTED OR REDIRECTED TRANSMISSIONS, FAILED INTERNET CONNECTIONS, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS TimeSheet App, LOST DATA, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, BREACH OF SECURITY, LINE FAILURE, DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER OF THIS TimeSheet App, OR COMPUTER VIRUS, WORM, TROJAN HORSE OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENT), EVEN IF YOU HAVE ADVISED Attadale IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Attadale DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE MATERIALS ON THIS TimeSheet App IN TERMS OF THEIR TIMELINESS, CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Attadale, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party
NO WAIVER
Neither delay nor failure by Attadale to enforce any of the Terms & Conditions, nor reliance by any person on Attadale actions, constitutes a waiver of Attadale’s rights under the Terms & Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an officer of Attadale shall have any legal effect.
SEVERABILITY
If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any clause or provision of the Terms & Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, such clause or provision shall be deemed to be deleted and severed from the Terms & Conditions without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising under or related to the Terms & Conditions or to this TimeSheet App, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Any such dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any legal proceeding involving this TimeSheet App, regardless of who initiated such legal proceeding.
